For years, I pushed through pain and fatigue, convinced I just needed more discipline. As a vegetarian with food sensitivities, spinal stenosis from old injuries, and fiber neuropathy, staying active—the thing I loved most—became harder and harder.

Real progress only came when I shifted from “pushing through” to addressing the underlying imbalances in my body. By focusing on foundational health, listening closely to my symptoms, and rebuilding from the inside out, I regained my strength and returned to the life I wanted.

That experience showed me how powerful the right guidance can be - and how hard it is for most people to access. It’s why I’m committed to building tools that give people clarity and structured support long before they reach a breaking point.
