The moment that changed everything happened in my treatment room. A client, sharp, successful, radiant, sat across from me in tears. “I don't recognize my skin anymore,” she said. “I feel invisible.”

Week after week, I watched confident women struggle with the same frustration: their skin had changed overnight, and nothing in their routine worked anymore. Not because they were doing something wrong. Because perimenopause had rewritten the rules.

After over 30 years as an esthetician, I've seen thousands of faces, and heard thousands of stories. But the conversations that stayed with me were always the same:

These were women in their 40s and 50s, smart, capable, frustrated.
